Quality Complaint Resolution Process

- Order number
- Brake pads oem numbers
- The types of brake pads (Friction materials)
- Actual pictures
- Actual videos
- install cars models ( if necessory)
Note: Please cooperate with us to provide sufficient information before we can proceed to the next step of the claim process. all information should be sent by email.
2. We will analyze the above problems, and there are several possibilities for reference.

- Damage: just send us some images and videos to make sure the damage situation, then we will produce the same number to you or compensate you by cash, up to you , the cost we will ask the ship ower for the loss. we always make the goods be insured.
- Squeak noise: This problem is a little troublesome, first of all, we have to determine whether this batch of goods have this situation, if there is, then it is a quality problem, we will bear all the losses, if other goods do not have this situation, then we must conduct research, whether with the other party's installation problems and brake disc problems, please be sure to carefully test and solve the problem in time.
